Be sure to attend the All-Club Banquet Friday evening in the ballroom of the hotel. It is the perfect community-building launching pad for the weekend. 

Keliix will once again host a dinner at the hotel Friday evening. The Friday evening All-Club Banquet is open to all players and their family members. Pre-registration and payment for the banquet is required. Registration for the banquet will open late May.  

• Scholarship T’s will be available for pick-up prior to the banquet in the Rosewood/Linden room across from the ballroom. Time TBD. 

• All-Club picture with players and coaches in the courtyard of the hotel at 6:00 pm.

• Ballroom to open at 6:15 pm. Banquet to begin at 6:30 pm. 

• Seating will be reserved for U13+ players (team tables) and coaches. Open seating available for everyone else.  

• Dinner will be served buffet-style. The buffet will include vegetarian and non-vegetarian entrees and sides. The full menu will be provided when dinner reservations opens.  

• The Friday evening banquet will conclude with the much loved all-club slide show.
