The Hilton hotel in downtown Appleton, 333 W. College Ave., Appleton, WI 54911 is hub-central for Keliix teams, coaches, and families.
U13 players and older stay in sleeping rooms with their teammates. Keliix will reserve and pay for these rooms. Parents of these players and families with players on younger teams must reserve and pay for their own room.
Keliix's Room Block at the Hilton has been fully reserved. Please see waitlist information below and/or we recommend making a reservation at another hotel in the area, in case we are not able to place you at the Hilton.
Reservations: To reserve your room at the Hilton please visit Hilton Reservations for Keliix (Block Code = KELIIX) or call the Hilton’s reservation line at 1-800-774-1500. If reserving a room by phone, please state you are with "Keliix" to receive our club's negotiated rate. Note: Keliix’s group rate ($137 for a standard King or Double Queen Room) is not guaranteed once the room block is full and is not guaranteed for reservations made after May 24, 2024.
Waitlist: If the room block sells out and you would like to be added to the Keliix Appleton Hilton Waitlist, please click here.
Cancellations: If you have a reservation at the Hilton that you would like to cancel, please send an email to keliixbanquet@gmail.com and we will coordinate your cancelation and transfer it to a Keliix family that is on the waitlist. Note: Keliix is managing this waitlist, not the hotel, so please do not cancel directly with the hotel.
