KELIIX ROOM BLOCK Q & A

Keliix has a room block of 250+ rooms each night at the Hilton in Appleton, WI. Our group rate is $137 a night, plus tax for a standard king room or a room with two queen beds.

Keliix’s group rate is not guaranteed once the room block is full and is not available for reservations made after May 24, 2024.

Who should make a room reservation?

Keliix will reserve and pay for rooms for U13 & older players as these players stay with their team. Parents of these players and families with players on U12 and under teams reserve and pay for their own room. 

How do I make a reservation?

To reserve your room at the Hilton please visit Hilton Reservations or call the Hilton’s reservation line at 1-800-774-1500. If reserving a room by phone, please state you are with Keliix to receive our club's negotiated rate. 

Is Keliix’s room block current?

Yes. Keliix’s room block is updated in real time and reflects the current room type availability, both online and if you call the Hilton.

My preferred room type is not available, what should I do?

Should your preferred room type not be available, you can either make a reservation for a different room type at the Hilton or make a reservation at a different hotel. Please do not call the hotel or email Keliix to ask if the room availability is accurate.

Does the Hilton have a waitlist for Keliix’s room block?

No, the Hilton does not manage waitlists for room blocks.

What if I did not get a room at the Hilton?

  1. Add yourself to Keliix’s waitlist; historically everyone that wants a room gets placed at the Hilton. Waitlist placements are first come/first served, so add yourself to the waitlist early if you need a room.  
  2. Reserve a room elsewhere (see list of hotels below) to ensure you have accommodations for the weekend. 
  3. Check the room block frequently as reservations will fluctuate from now until the weekend of the tournament.

Will the waitlist close?

Yes. Anyone wanting to be on the waitlist should add themselves by Monday, June 3rd, 2024. 

When will people on the waitlist be placed in rooms?

Historically, people on the waitlist will begin to be placed in rooms late May. Keliix families on the waitlist will be sent updates periodically. Room placements will occur first come, first serve, so add yourself to the waitlist early if you need a room.
